WBENC Certification Process

Review the WBENC Standards and Procedures prior to submission to ensure you have the legal documents needed to meet the WBENC criteria.

Gather the required documents and provide a written explanation for any items not included or that do not apply and why.

Complete the WBENCLink2.0 online application and upload all required documentation.

Pay online by credit card, or mail the non-refundable processing fee, payable to GWBC®, to the address below. *Revenues are based on the most recent year of reported tax returns and/or financial statements.

WOSB Certification Process

Review organization’s Eligibility Requirements and Size Standards. All applicants must possess a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System from Dun & Bradstreet) number, which can be requested here. Applicants must also be registered in SAM (System for Award Management).

Gather required documents.

Complete the WBENCLink2.0 online application, upload all required documentation and select “Yes” when answering the first question, “Would you like to apply for WOSB certification?”
